Book and Wooden Toy Bundle
These Montessori style, hand carved puppy & bunny toys are based on my illustrations of Bear and Mighty Smols, which draw inspiration from their real life interactions.
The journey from the illustration to finding a woman artist who could create them, led me to a smol wood workshop on the banks of the Ural River. Daria, the lady who runs the workshop started making toys when she became a mother. She wanted to create pieces for her children out of natural materials that are non toxic and child safe and integrates aspects of Waldorf education.
Each piece is handmade in her workshop with loving little details to bring you a “smol delight”.

I admit, the packaging was so beautiful, I didn't even open the box for days, just admired it on my counter with a smile each time I gazed upon it, but oh what joy it brought me when I did finally open! The story is so touching and inspiring, and the book is beautifully illustrated - with actual pictures of Bear and Hugs Bunny as well! The wooden figures are lovely and will now be a permanent fixture in front of my computer to bring my coworkers (my own puppy and bunny) and me smol delights throughout the workday. I cannot thank you enough!
